You’ve had your maternity portraits taken in my Reading, PA studio and you’ve selected your absolute favorite images. Now you have one more thing to figure out…what product you want your beautiful maternity photography portraits displayed on. After all, you did not invest in them to only have them collect digital dust…or worse lost to a phone crash (it happened to me).
Choosing the perfect product can be a little overwhelming; do you want your portraits displayed on large acrylic prints, an album or the Ashlie Bradley Photography exclusive PHOTO BOX? My photo box has easily become a client favorite and there is a reason why.
There is nothing like it! No really, I actually had a super hard time finding someone who made it. But I finally found this amazing product, which is made to order in Italy, yep, it’s MADE specially for YOU in the color and cover option that you would LOVE and fits perfectly into your home.
It houses your images on 5”x7” matted prints that fit nestled in the box. Or you can take them out and frame them on your wall, or gift them to your mom. This is different from an album where, once your images are printed on the pages there is no moving them.
This product also features a clear acrylic cover, which I love because it is less likely to break (the toddler stage is in your future). This also gives you the versatility to select whichever image you would like displayed on the front. You can change out the front every day if you want. Aaannnddd that also means it displays exactly like a framed portrait, only with it sitting on your coffee table or mantle.
One of my favorite features is if you select a collection that does not fill the entire box you can add to the box at a later date. I have a false bottom put in your box, this pushes your matted prints to the front and leaves room for more matted prints…think newborn portraits. And this keeps your maternity and newborn portraits all in one place. Or you can put your baby's hospital onesie or any other mementos underneath it. Unless you LOVE all of your maternity photos and fill the entire box.
This product is just so versatile, what's not to love about it. And you can easily see why so many people prefer it to an album. So, what do you think, are you team album or team photo box?
