Before we ever pick up a camera, we'll work together to
plan a session that reflects your personality, your style,

motherhood.
And don't worry! I'll make sure you're prepared for
everything beforehand, so you can avoid the fate of
chipped nail polish making a surprise appearance in
your portraits. (Guilty over here!)

Step 2: Your wardrobe, taken care of
One of the best parts of your maternity experience? You don't have to go shopping for the perfect dress!
My client closet is filled with beautiful maternity gowns in a variety of styles, from curve-hugging silhouettes to dramatic, flowing tulle, glamorous glitter, and even the iconic Victoria's Secret–inspired angel wings.
Not sure what will look best on you? That's what I'm here for!
I'll help you choose gowns that complement your preferences and the overall vision for your session. We'll plan your looks ahead of time, so you can arrive feeling prepared instead of stressing over what to wear.
And if there's a special outfit of your own you'd love to incorporate, we can talk about that, too.
What about your partner?
Oh, mama, I've seen it all. Tennis shoes, basketball shorts, baseball caps, and the occasional collection of random things hanging out of a pocket.
Trust me, I won't leave your partner to fend for themselves!
I'll provide wardrobe recommendations for them, too, so your outfits coordinate beautifully without looking overly matched or taking away from your individual personalities.

That's why professional hair and makeup are included in your maternity experience!
My talented makeup artist, Veronyka at Permanently Pretty, has an artistic background and experience working with different skin tones and hair types. She'll take your features, preferences, and desired look into consideration to help you feel confident and beautiful.
Whether you prefer a soft, natural glow or something a little more glamorous, we'll work toward a look that feels right for you.

The day of your maternity session
Walk in, exhale, and let me take care of the details.
When you arrive at my Reading, Pennsylvania maternity photography studio, I'll welcome you in and help you settle in.
You'll have refreshments to enjoy, and I'll take care of any last-minute wardrobe adjustments and finishing touches before we begin.
No need to wonder what to do with your hands, where to look, or whether you're standing the right way. I've got you!
I'll guide you through posing from head to toe, paying attention to all the little details that make a difference in your final portraits.
Fun fact: I used to be a dancer, so I pay extra attention to hand and foot placement. Every little detail matters!
And you absolutely do not need modeling experience. I'll demonstrate poses, talk you through movements, and help you find positions that flatter you while keeping you comfortable.
My goal is for you to feel supported, encouraged, and beautiful throughout your entire session.
